Job - Brand Engagement Specialist – Worldwide.  

The role: 

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Brand Engagement Specialist to oversee the expansion, management, and performance of our stores, shop-in-shops, showrooms, and pop-up openings across Europe and the US.  

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store openings, partner collaboration, and a proven ability to drive operational excellence. The candidate will have strong skills within store merchandising and development hereof. 

The position is available from January.   

Your Key Responsibilities: 

Store Expansion and Openings: 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute store openings, shop-in-shops, showrooms, and pop-up events across Europe and the US with our Sales and B2B Marketing Team. 
  • Collaborate with partners and mono stores to ensure seamless integration and a consistent brand experience. 

Operational Excellence: 

  • Lead the merchandising aspects of Les Deux Stores store, including staff training, inventory management, and overall performance to support our Head of Retail. 
  • Implement and monitor standardized processes to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 

Merchandising Leadership: 

  • Oversee the merchandising strategy for all stores, ensuring alignment with seasonal plans and marketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate closely with B2B marketing teams and partners/shop managers to execute cohesive merchandising plans. 

Staff Training and Development: 

  • Develop and implement training programs for store staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to drive staff performance. 

Performance Analysis: 

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of store operations. 
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sell-through and overall store performance. 

Collaboration with Partners: 

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners (Distributors/Agents), ensuring effective brand understanding. 
  • Work closely with partners/shop managers to align on strategies, goals, and performance expectations regarding look and general SKU presentation to show both brand and improve performance in stores. 

Seasonal Strategy Planning: 

  • Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to develop and execute seasonal strategies for stores and pop-up events. 
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in retail operations, with a focus on store openings, partner collaborations, and merchandising. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to improve performance. 
  • Previous experience working in a multi-country or international retail environment. 
  • Familiarity with the fashion or lifestyle industry is a plus.
